I’m Tim Norris—Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM), leadership coach, and founder of IteraLead. I help people lead better, communicate clearer, and build teams that thrive—especially in fast-changing environments.

With a background in IT project leadership and Agile transformation, I’ve coached startups, enterprise teams, and emerging leaders through the messy middle of growth. I’ve seen what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to building systems, shaping culture, and leading with purpose.

I created IteraLead because I believe leadership isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about growing through the questions. Whether we’re working together one-on-one or with your team, my job is to help you gain clarity, act with confidence, and keep moving forward—one iteration at a time.
